Training auf dem Flu?ü ohne Wasser!
Am Samstag den 23.6. sind die letzten Nachz?ºgler hier eingetroffen, sodass das Team jetzt komplett ist.
Am sp?§ten Nachmittag gab¬¥s die erste gemeinsame Trainings-Einheit, eine downriver-Abfahrt auf unserem Hausfluss. Es glich mehr einem Slalom durch haufenweise Steine, seichte Pools und enge Nadel??hre. So war die Abfahrt eher eine Touristeneinheit mit Aussteigen und schieben und von den Steinen loswackeln.
Am So folgten dann 2 Einheiten, die sich gewaschen hatten. Starts und Sprints mit Videoanalyse und tatkr?§ftiger Unterst?ºtzung des M?§nnerteams. Seit dem arbeiten wir an unserem Technikfeinschliff. Abends wurde zum gemeinsamen BBQ f?ºr alle TEam eingeladen. Gl?ºck f?ºr uns: das BBQ fand genau vor unsere T?ºr statt : ) Mit Trommeln und Rasseln versuchten die Brasilianer einen Regentanz aufzuf?ºhren, um den hei?üersehnten Regen herbeizurufen. Sie wurden dabei bis sp?§t in die Nacht lauthals von den anderen Teams unterst?ºtzt.
Heute Montag, den 24.6.: Head to Head-Training gegen die Jungs, welches wir auch 4 mal gewannen ( bei 5 m Vorsprung : ) ). Das harte Training macht sich mittlerweile bemerkbar, deshalb wird morgen Pause gemacht, um Korea zu entdecken. Die Organisation ist verzweifelt auf der Suche nach einem Gebiet mit Wasser.
