April, April … oder … der April tut was er will
Schaut man zurück auf den April, so könnte man denken wir wären von der Sonne verwöhnt worden. Aber das Aprilwetter gab es sehr wohl auch für uns (vielleicht ein wenig verteilt auf die Monate davor): die Monate Januar, Februar und März haben uns so ziemlich alles beschert: Schnee und Kälte, Sonnenstrahlen und Regen, Wind und Hagel, Nebel und Dunkelheit …
Und auch im Team jagt ein Ereignis das nächste.
Lilli besuchte uns noch vor Ostern auf ein „kleines Trainingslager“ in Augsburg. Da inzwischen fast jede aus unserem Team arbeitet mussten wir unsere Paddeleinheiten dementsprechend auf die Abendstunden legen. Leider ließ auch an diesen zwei Tagen der Wasserstand im Eiskanal zu wünschen übrig, so dass wir uns auf dem Lech und der Wertach vergnügen mussten.
An Ostern gab es für uns alle eine kleine Pause und jeder sammelte seine eigenen Eier – verteilt in ganz Europa!
Am 25./26.4. versammelte sich dann noch mal (fast) die ganze Mannschaft um einen Ausflug an die Saalach (Lofer) zu unternehmen. Leider hat sich zwischenzeitlich Franzis „heil gedachtes“ Bein entzündet und unsere Mitte-Links-Frau fiel für dieses Wochenende aus. In kürzester Zeit musste eine sechste Frau (oder Mann) gefunden werden. Ende gut – alles gut. Die Trainingseinheiten konnten tatsächlich stattfinden! Dank einem schönen Wasserstand und zu diesem Zeitpunkt angenehmen Temperaturen hatten wir alle richtig Spaß am Paddeln – auch wenn wir unsere Franzi bei jeder Einheit vermissten!
