Gestern früh um 04:00 ging es in einer Buskolonne an die Grenze von Montenegro zum wunderschönen Fluß Tara, auf welchem das Down River Race stattfinden sollte. Die Reise war lang doch glücklicherweiße zogen zum ersten Mal ein paar Wolken am Himmel entlang womit es nicht ganz so heiß in den Bussen war.
Nachdem wir also durch das ganze Land eskortiert wurden und in kleinen Jeeps direkt an den Einstieg des Down Rivers in Montenegro gebracht wurden ging es endlich los und wir durften bei Nebel und Sonnenuntergang verfolgt von Blitzen und Donner auf einem der schönesten Bäche der Gegend trainieren!
Vom Rennverlauf morgen mehr… es ist schon spät und die augen fallen zu!

Lacul Lesu este un lac de acumulare, cu o suprafata de 148 ha si cu un volum de apa de 28, 2 milioane metri cubi dat în folosinta din anul 1973. Ca urmare a existentei sale s-a format în decursul anilor satul de vacanta Coada Lacului.
